it's finally arrived.....

Strike up the band!

Release the balloons!

Take a deep cleansing breath....

After two months of uninterrupted chaos....

School is back today.

I will miss them though.

It's been a wonderful summer break.

They all look sunkissed and blonde and glowing.

We've had a really fun time together.

Lots of laughs and wrestling and pyjama wearing.

There's hardly been any laundry because they've spent all holidays in swimmers and boardshorts.

Now I think about it I'm feeling a twinge of sadness...

which I'm sure will evaporate at 7:30am tomorrow morning when no one can find their shoes, socks or lunches.

I'm looking forward to setting my own agenda between the hours of 9 & 3 for a little while.
